Service Desk (2 years 6 months - 4 years)	1. B.SC/ B.A/ B.COM graduates with minimum 2 years 6 months and maximum 4 years full time experience. Should be open to work in 24*7 environments. 2. Understanding of Service Desk Environment and its day to day operations. 3. Working Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Windows7, 9x, XP, NT, 2000, 4. Must be able to speak fluent English, Net Typing speed of 32 words with 90% plus accuracy, 5. Level 1 Working Knowledge of Internet Explorer, Networking, Messaging, and MS – Office on Windows Platform. 6. Preferred- Quick joiners; ITIL Certifiied; Experience in handling UK/US clients.
Datastage (4 - 8 years)	1. Should have extensive development experience in Datastge 8.x; knowledge on Datastage architecture and environment; experience in EDW implementation; 2. Should have strong analytical skill; 3. Should have experience in datastage performance tuning 4. Basic knowledge on one RDBMS like Teradata, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server etc 5. Exposure in Mainframe 6. Should have basic knowledge of working in UNIX environment with experience of writing shell scripts.
Siebel CRM (3 - 8 years) (Location Kolkata or Bhubaneshwar)	Should be able to do design and develop application in Siebel 8.x onwards. Should be very good in configuration. Along with it should have good knowledge of at least one of the following areas. 1. eScript and Workflows 2. EAI for real time integration 3. EIM for batch integration and data load with knowledge of ETL tool preferably Informatica
